Preparation
1.
Chill coupe glass.
2.
Trim strawberry, cut in half, and set aside for garnish.
3.
Measure and pour gin, lemon juice, syrup, and cordial into shaker.
4.
Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into coupe glass.
5.
Add Champagne (aggressively enough to mix).
6.
Garnish with half strawberry and serve.
