Preparation
1.
Prep nutmeg for garnish.
2.
Measure and pour apple brandy, elderflower liqueur, and bitters into mixing glass.
3.
Add plenty of ice and stir 50 times. Strain into Champagne flute.
4.
Add sparkling wine (aggressively enough to mix).
5.
Grate nutmeg over top of cocktail and serve.
