Preparation
1.
Chill tall glass.
2.
Measure and pour Ramazzotti, rum, bourbon, rich demerara syrup, molasses, bitters, bitters, salt, and whole egg into shaker.
3.
Dry shake ingredients without ice for 10 seconds. Then fill shaker with ice and shake again, vigorously. Double strain into tall glass.
Add beer (aggressively enough to mix).
Garnish with a few drops of bitters and serve.
